5. Processing and Shipping

All items are made to order. Because of this, processing and shipping times may vary.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production schedules, carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.

Once an order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

6. Cancellations and Order Changes

Because our items are custom made, cancellation or change requests must be made as quickly as possible after purchase.

If production has not yet started, we may be able to accommodate a cancellation or change. Once an order has entered production, it usually cannot be changed or canceled.

We cannot guarantee that change or cancellation requests can be honored after an order is placed.

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
